The Time Has Come

Well the time has come for All In A Jar to close its doors. It has been a wonderful 10 years

and I will never forget all the great students I got to share my knowledge on preserving food,

my time and my kitchen. I wish you all well.

  1. Hi Penny,

Hope all is well with you!

I’m sure you don’t remember me, but I took many of your classes when you lived in Lafayette. The classes were so much fun and I learned alot. How I missed your classes after you moved. It was just too long of a drive for me to attend classes at your new home.

I continued to follow your emails to see what I was missing. I read the email you sent today and it seemed sudden that you are ending your Business. I hope you and your Family are well and you just decided to enjoy a new chapter in your life.

Wishing you good health and much happiness!

  2. Renee And I Are sad all in a jar is closing. We enjoyed the classes we attended. We were looking forward to the next class we could attend. Thank you for sharing all your knowledge. You certainly will be missed by us. Good luck. From Joan and Renee.

  3. Oh NO!! This is sad news. Now that I have finally graduated & have a bit more time, I wanted to take another class and come see you (& Glen). I am glad I have saved all my recipes and emails. I will never forget my first class: 4/2/2014 – Venison Sausage & Chorizo, and the private class with my co-workers 3 months later – Basil Garlic Tomato sauce, Chinese Plum Sauce, Spicy Honey Mustard.SOOO good. You taught me well, Penny. I will take these recipes and skills forward and gift people with these creations. I hope you & Glen enjoy life on The Farm, relaxing and living the life of Riley! Hope to see you & Glen soon for some wine and guitar playing. Love- Steve
