  1. well lets just say ,,,by the luck of the Irish,,I have tasted this mans food ‘OMG’ if Heaven means food I have just kissed the pearly gates, sooo I’m in class can’t wait to meet Mike in person.

  2. The original Berkeley Bowl is located at 2020 Oregon Street between Adeline Street and Shattuck Avenue – smaller sq. footage but just as much fantastic edibles. I have seen canning jars but albeit not inexpensive.

Some jars and supplies can be found at Walmart and Target. I even saw some boxes of unopened lids at Goodwill – but would have to fit certain jars.

Inexpensive stainless steel prep bowls and cooking tools (professional quality 12″ tongs for $1.39) at the Costco Business Center in Hayward. A larger selection of bulk size food at this location than retail Costco centers.

    Happy canning!
